Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Trace Tales experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition and packaging

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return and make it right.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@tracetales.co with your order number.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items not in original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tracetales.co. We will make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
